Wondering if something is your responsibility as a unit owner?

When you call the management company to register a work order, you may not necessarily receive a return call. If the information left in the message is detailed, the office will generate a work order and send it to the contractor. Acri will only call you back if more information is needed. All contractors have been requested to leave a completed work request at your unit when they have completed their task. This will inform you that the work has been done.

High Profile EMERGENCIES! True emergencies that place life, limb and property in immediate danger should be handled by the proper agency.  Call 911, Call the Gas company, Call the ambulance, Call the Fire Department, Call the Police.  You know what those emergencies are…  FIRE, INTRUDERS, GAS LEAKS, RABID ANIMALS etc.

Low Profile EMERGIENCIES! You know what these are.  Water leaks, electrical problems, HVAC problems, Plumbing problems etc.  Call the local utility directly or call the appropriate service company directly.  In the case of roof leaks call Arci emergency line direct.  Please use common sense.

The first point of normal contact for other issues is always the management company, Acri Commercial Realty, Inc.
The second point of contact is the Association Board.  If your attempt to resolve an issue with property management is not resolved and you feel you have not received a proper response, you are encouraged to write a letter to or email the Board.
