Our “on site” or “in home” solutions were developed with an understanding that in many instances it is preferable and advantageous to our clients when we are physically present in their environment. We not only consult with you, we execute portions of our “front end” work right on site. We welcoming your oversight and input to the process. We believe these solutions are about you and your family. We merely enable you.

On site services are most helpful where the sensed ambience of the home environment and detailed knowledge of existing space can help achieve the most desirable visual and emotional impact for our clients.

We will:

· Help you select appropriate images, media and documents to achieve the feeling you wish to capture, convey and preserve

· Take detailed measurements that feed sizing and framing requirements

· Interactively determine compositions for photo collages of your memories

· Construct the most appealing composition of groupings

· Help determine appropriate mounting solutions

· Electronically digitize and save photographs, personal documents and artwork. This eliminates the need to mail and minimizes the risk of loss.

· Deliver and help you mount the final product

Our time is billed based on a one hour minimum per visit. Additional time per visit is billed in 15 minute increments for time spent beyond one hour. Travel is limited to within a 30 mile radius of Gibsonia, Pa. Travel beyond 30 miles will be considered at an additional charge. Additional materials, expense or time may be billed when required for mounting solutions, unusual jobsite or unusual media conditions. Any additional material, expense or time must be pre-approved by client.

Standard Billing rate = $60.00 per hour + Mileage at $0.50 per mile Round Trip.

Disabled clients may be eligible for a discounted billing rate of $45 per hour.
